Quick Answer
Shadow Dungeon officially has 15 armor sets for each of its four launch classes, and most sets include affixes that alter skill forms. The full game is live, but a reliable public list of exact names, pieces, thresholds, effects, values, and drop sources is still being collected.

Full-release set data is still being verified
Shadow Dungeon is no longer in the Demo stage: the full version launched on Steam on August 26, 2026. The game is still in its launch window, however, and public documentation has not yet caught up with the amount of equipment now available. This page therefore publishes the verified boundary instead of presenting unfinished cells as a complete database.
OO Cat’s Steam store and full-release announcement confirm the same high-level structure: every playable class has 15 different armor sets. With four launch classes, that establishes 60 class-set slots across the official roster. The release announcement also says that most sets include affixes that alter skill forms.
“Most” cannot be rewritten as “all,” and “alter skill forms” does not establish a specific damage value, cooldown, projectile count, summon behavior, or activation threshold. The broader equipment pool is also large: Steam describes more than 100,000,000 semi-random item combinations generated from 3,200 base templates. That scale explains why current-build captures are needed before publishing exact set rows.

What is confirmed and what is still being collected
Shadow Dungeon has left the Demo stage, but reliable public set documentation is still catching up with the full release. This page separates confirmed official facts from fields that still require current-build captures.

Not yet published in the reviewed official sources
- The official name of every set
- The exact armor pieces in each set
- Activation thresholds such as two-piece or full-set bonuses
- Complete effect text, values, and skill-form changes
- Drop locations, bosses, maps, or Greater Rift requirements
- A version-by-version balance history for all sets
No missing field is treated as “none.” It remains unconfirmed until an official source or a reproducible current-build capture supports it.
Why the exact set effects are not listed yet
The reviewed official sources do not publish a complete name list for all 60 sets. They also do not connect every set to its armor pieces, activation threshold, exact bonus wording, values, drop locations, or current patch history. A screenshot of similar-looking armor is not enough to establish that several pieces belong to the same set.
This is a data-availability limit, not proof that the bonuses do not exist. Players should check the current in-game tooltip before dismantling, replacing, or building around a set piece. Launch patches may also change an effect before third-party references are updated.
How complete set rows will be added
A publishable set row needs the class, exact set name, every required piece, each activation threshold, complete effect text, numeric values, source location, and game build or capture date. The evidence must show enough of the interface to connect the item identity with the effect.
The first expansion should use a small verified sample rather than importing all 60 rows at once. Five readable current-build captures are enough to test the row format, source labels, mobile layout, and update workflow before the database is expanded.

Update policy
Review this page after every equipment, set, skill-form, loot, or balance patch. Add exact rows only when the current-build wording and source can be shown together. The goal is a source-labeled database that grows from verified captures, not a fast but untraceable list of numbers.
